Dear Friends,

This is to bring among our opulent Parsi Community, the awareness, that there are many Zarthusthis in Iran today, who are very very poor and have not much to live on there. They live in small hutments in distant villages and make their living by weaving "Kustis", for themselves and for Parsi travellers who visit Iran in large numbers, every year.
The Govt. of Iran has taken the initiative to improve the well being of our Parsis in Iran and is doing it's best to make the Zarthusthi community feel at home.
Iran, even today has many beautiful Atash Behrams and very ancient monuments of great interest to all. Some of them date back to even over a 100,000 years. A few of these photos are here with me today, Courtesy Mr. Diniyar Mehta of Dini Travels and I would like to share them with all my Parsi community friends. Most of the monuments today, are undergoing restoration by the Iranian Govt. to whom we are very much obliged for taking such keen interest in our religion.
Mr. Diniyar Mehta, of Dini Travels is conducting tours to Iran and bringing Parsis nearer to their ancestral home. If interested, please contact him for further details at Dini Tours and Travels, Bombay.
